I am a licensed psychotherapist in New York State with 7 years of professional experience. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and am licensed as an LCSW. In addition, I have special accreditation in perinatal mental health. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, self-esteem and social anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, postpartum depression, birth traumas and NICU stays, and parenting challenges. I also work with younger adults coping with school-related challenges, childhood trauma, relationships with friends and romantic partners, time management, life changes, and future planning.
