Psychotherapist
FL
My practice was created for women, moms, and couples who want a warm, grounded place to land during some of life’s biggest transitions. I work with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, identity changes, parenting stress, and relationship challenges—experiences that often feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to talk about. My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface so you can move toward the life and relationships you want. I bring a background in Infant Mental Health, Circle of Security facilitation, and perinatal mental health training, along with years of experience supporting clients through tender, complex seasons. My approach is eclectic and flexible, blending evidence-based tools with compassionate, real-world support. I don’t believe in therapy that feels cold or clinical; I believe in therapy that feels like a deep breath—steady, honest, and meaningful. Together, we look at patterns, needs, nervous system shifts, and the stories shaping your relationships and daily life. You’ll leave sessions with language for what you’re experiencing and practical steps you can use right away. Clients choose to work with me because they want a therapist who is warm but direct, nurturing but grounded, and able to hold both the emotional and practical sides of their experience. I’m here to help you build clarity, emotional resilience, and connection—not by telling you what to do, but by partnering with you to understand what you need. Whether you’readjusting to motherhood, healing from loss, navigating burnout, or trying to strengthen your relationship, you deserve support that honors the full complexity of your life. If you’re ready to feel more supported, more steady, and more like yourself again, I’d be honored to work with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Hi, I’m Alley. I’m a licensed therapist who works with women, moms, and couples navigating the transitions and challenges that life often throws our way. My approach is warm, grounded, and practical — I focus on strategies and tools that actually make a difference in your day-to-day life. I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you’re not just heard, but understood, and where you leave sessions with actionable steps, not just insight. I specialize in parenting support, women’s mental health, and pregnancy and postpartum challenges. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, struggling with work-life balance, processing loss, or trying to navigate relationship stress, I meet you where you are. I also support couples through communication challenges, conflict resolution, and creating a stronger emotional connection. No issue is too big or small, and I aim to make therapy feel collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. My work is rooted in an eclectic approach, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods — including attachment-informed practices, Circle of Security, and perinatal mental health interventions — to create the best fit for you. I aim to create a space where you can explore difficult emotions, gain clarity, and feel empowered to make changes that align with your values and goals. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming. My goal is to make the process feel approachable and supportive. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and connection, and I’m here to help you access that. Whether you’re seeking guidance for yourself, your parenting journey, or your relationship, I work alongside you to build practical skills, insight, and confidence that last beyond our sessions. Ultimately, I want you to know that in our work together, you are seen, heard, and respected — and that therapy is a space where your growth and well-being are the priority.
