I know how overwhelming it can be to take that first step, especially when you’re carrying anxiety, shame, or uncertainty. With a gentle yet direct approach, I meet you where you are, allowing space for honesty, curiosity, and self-reflection. We’ll begin by exploring what’s bringing you in, what feels heavy, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no expectation to have it all figured out—this is a space to slow down and begin untangling thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Rooted in both personal experience and clinical training, I bring empathy, openness, and a deep respect for your journey. Our work starts with connection, and from there, we’ll begin to uncover patterns, ease emotional burdens, and create a path toward healing that feels authentic to you.
