With experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions, my approach is warm, collaborative, and gently direct.
Many clients come in worried they’ll be judged for what they’re thinking, feeling, or going through. I welcome those conversations—therapy should be a space where you can be fully honest and feel met with empathy, not shame. My goal is to help you gain insight, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re carrying anxiety, shame, trauma, or uncertainty about where to begin. In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and never pressured to have everything figured out.
We’ll start by exploring what brings you to therapy, what feels most challenging right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently direct, creating space for honesty, curiosity, and self-reflection at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
As we build connection and trust, we’ll begin identifying patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and creating a path toward meaningful, lasting healing.
