Great to meet you! I am far from a “blank slate” therapist! You deserve more out of session than head nods and blank stares. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I’ve been in the field for over 12 years and have worked in outpatient, medical, and correctional settings.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space that is gently challenging, full of warmth, compassion, and humor. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and client-centered. I use evidence-based treatment modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

I work with clients to find greater balance and clarity in their lives.
