What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help children and teens understand how thoughts affect feelings and behaviors. Solution-Focused Therapy helps set practical goals, while Motivational Interviewing encourages positive change. Sessions also teach coping skills and guide parents in supporting their child at home.
