Societal norms have influenced many of us to believe that it’s unacceptable to need help and that prioritizing yourself is a weakness. We place unrealistic expectations for who we should be and eventually it gets to be too much. As a therapist my goal is to help you change the narrative. Aiding you in developing self awareness and a strong sense of self love, and encouraging self care and self expression are key components in changing the narrative and breaking the cycle. My goal is to create a safe environment for you to express emotions by providing validation and being open-minded.
