In our sessions, I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I treat a wide range of needs, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, and bipolar disorder. I believe in empowering youth while eliminating barriers to achieve success. Everyone has a story that deserves to be heard and celebrated. I am extremely passionate about helping youth and adolescents navigate life and the challenges that come with it. I use empathy, kindness, and compassion to help young people reach their full potential.
