I am focused on the here and now and I want to know what is important to you and how we can move you towards your mental wellness goals. Overall, I have diverse experiences revolving around my desire to continue to empower individuals to find their most authentic selves. I help my clients build greater self-awareness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I have addressed a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
