I specialize in working with children and adults via remote therapy (Phone, Text, or FaceTime only) for ages 9 to 99. Are you or your child dealing with depression, ADHD, and/or anxiety caused by trauma? As a survivor of child abuse, rape, kidnapping, and a broken home, I now have the health, wealth, and happiness using techniques I've applied to help hundreds of clients over the past 17+ years. I use a mind, body, and soul approach to healing trauma. Don't wait another day to feel lighter and happier. For 10 years, I worked with special needs children and young adults, doing everything from diapering and feeding to teaching swim lessons and gymnastics. It was here that I discovered my passion and gift for helping others. As an intern, I counseled cancer patients and ran support groups for one year, where I discovered the importance of working on the mind, body, and soul. For 8 years, I counseled foster children in their homes and schools, advocating for them in the court system. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Since 2013, I have been in private practice, truly enjoying giving back to my community and using my life lessons and professional experience to help others. Prior to going exclusively online, I incorporated a certified therapy dog in every session and understand the joy and benefits they bring. I now offer remote assessment and certification letters for Emotional Support Animals for those who qualify. Other pursuits include volunteer work in India with Tibetan refugees, former nationally ranked tennis player and lifeguard, trained opera singer, paddleboarder, professional artist, and sailor.
