Through time in the substance abuse field, I gained experience in trauma, mental health, life transitions & general confusion of life, purpose, or self. I am knowledgeable in the marginalized experience and focus on mental health concerns & interpersonal relationship dynamics, including families/couples and impacts on the individual through a person-centered approach.
