As a queer therapist with ADHD, I love working with neurodivergent and queer clients in their quarter-life stage! Bring your authentic, human self to my judgment-free office. I have experience working with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, panic, depression, grief, body image, and couples (ENM inclusive). Life's been hard lately, and more than ever, you may notice needing a supportive space to process, reflect, grow, and do the work to build a life you love. With the right tools and support, I know that you are capable of building that life, releasing shame and pain, growing into the person you dream of becoming, and learning how to treat yourself with kindness and compassion. My priority as a therapist is to help you meet YOUR goals and create a space for you to embrace the REAL you. I believe that YOU are the expert of your life, and your experience should be honored. We'll build a toolkit of coping skills to ease pain in your daily life and dive deep to heal the parts of you that are suffering. I draw on IFS, ACT, and attachment-based therapy principles, among others. I hold a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Master’s in Public Health, all from the University of Georgia. I’m honored to gain your trust as an experienced guide, ally, and advocate on your journey.
