What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect an immediately safe and welcoming environment that is tailored to the pace they are willing to take. There are no expectations for sessions, simply come as you are! My therapy style is all-inclusive and honors where you are at, with an overall goal of honoring your needs and helping you achieve your wellness goals!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical first session involves exploring background information about oneself, getting to know each other, and discussing reasons for beginning therapy, at the extent the client is comfortable with. The following sessions include exploring, establishing, and achieving therapeutic goals.
