I am here to help you navigate the many stressors we face in our everyday lives. Together, we will develop healthy coping skills to promote adaptive functioning across all life domains. Whether you are struggling with a recent crisis, a minor or major life adjustment, or looking to improve your mental health overall, I will be here to listen and support you, as well as equip you with the tools needed to effectively process difficult emotions and manage stress. I value my clients and help them build relationships with strong, therapeutic foundations centered around setting treatment goals at a pace that feels comfortable. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, client-centered care.
