Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, substance use concerns, or life transitions, and often come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, others, or their sense of hope. I also support children and adolescents who may be struggling with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, trauma exposure, or difficulties related to family, school, or social relationships. My clients often arrive carrying a heavy emotional load, including unresolved trauma, fear, grief, shame, or self-doubt. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, I help them feel safe, seen, and understood while guiding them toward meaningful and lasting change. Therapy is collaborative and personalized, empowering clients to build insight, develop effective coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strength. The impact of my work is reflected in clients gaining emotional stability, increased self-awareness, and renewed confidence in their ability to manage life’s challenges.
