My communication style is warm, attentive, and direct. I strive to create a space where you feel heard and respected, while also offering clear feedback and guidance when helpful. You can expect me to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you clarify your thoughts and goals, along with providing an actionable problem-solving approach. My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about human resilience and the desire to guide others to find strength through life’s hardest challenges. I’m continually driven by the fundamental belief that everyone has the potential for positive growth and change. Seeing my clients gain confidence or find peace makes my work incredibly rewarding.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, goals are always set through collaboration. You decide what feels important, and I will guide the process by suggesting strategies and tools that match your needs. We create the plan together, you practice in between sessions, and we review and adjust as you go. Moving from where you are to where you want to be with actions. In our first session, I typically gather some background information, explore your concerns, and help identify the goals you would like to work toward. It is also a time for you to ask any questions you might have and get a sense of how I work, so you feel comfortable moving forward. Remember- you are in charge here. It is a safe place to share your concerns, define your goals, and decide how to move forward.
