I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and my Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. I can help you address your problems, make positive changes, and use the skills we develop together to solve future challenges. Each technique is tailored specifically to your unique needs. I have extensive experience working with teens and adults diagnosed with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, thought disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma histories. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). No matter what you are going through, I will be there to support you as you take on this journey we call life.
