I primarily work with substance use problems, anxiety, depression, women's issues, and teens. I am open to adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults! I have formal training in trauma-informed ACT and CBT, and I am a level 1 therapist trained in the Gottman theory of relationships. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. My passion is working with people struggling with addiction, families of those struggling, domestic violence, and helping people through life transitions. I'm excited to start this journey together! I hear and see you. I believe mental health is a critical part of overall health and well-being. If someone is suffering mentally, their issues should never be overlooked or minimized. I am dedicated to creating a positive impact on my clients' lives. I believe in using creative methods to express oneself and finding passions that benefit mental health. I do not judge others; I have an open mind and love getting to know the “real” side of people. We will laugh, we will cry, and we will work on your life goals to get closer to true happiness!
