I have experience working with adults, teens, families and couples. I also have a specialization in Addictions, and co-occurring disorders. I offer both evening and weekend sessions. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Everyone can benefit from speaking to a nonbiased person, and your struggles do not define you. I will help you develop a unique treatment plan based on your individual needs. We will work together to recognize your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and its connection to your overall functioning.

Doesn’t have good interpersonal skills. Right when I sat down, she asked why I came to therapy. Never introduced herself, ask me how my morning was going, etc. I know absolutely nothing about her. Seeing as tho this is therapy and I have to open up, I wouldn’t expect someone to just right in without any ice breakers. Therapist needs more experience. Would not recommend
