What should a new client know about working with you?

Building a relationship in therapy is very important. I will work to create a safe, empathetic, and validating space to work together. I am trauma informed and am trained in multiple trauma informed modalities including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Treatment for Complex Trauma, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the intake session, I will gather information regarding past history, challenges, barriers, strengths, and what brings you to therapy with me. We will determine together a treatment plan and goals in which you identify you want to work on. My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to feel heard, supported, and challenged.
