Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see Alexis as she didn’t come to our scheduled telehealth visit. I contacted her organization twice before I got an answer and someone there told me they couldn’t reach her either. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to schedule a last minute appointment with a different provider to be seen. I’m sure there was a mixup somewhere and the no-show was not malicious, but I never received any context or information from Alexis regarding it. Unfortunately based on this I can’t recommend this provider.
