What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet your individual needs. I primarily draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop insight, build practical coping skills, and create lasting change. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and respect. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based interventions while honoring your strengths, values, and personal goals. As I continue my professional development, I look forward to expanding my training in additional modalities, including play therapy, to better serve children and families. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together will focus on understanding your experiences, building resilience, strengthening healthy coping strategies, and helping you move toward the life you want to create. I believe every client deserves individualized care, and I am committed to walking alongside you throughout your healing journey.
