Hi there, I'm Alfaye! My name is Alfaye Jackson, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri with 17 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Webster University. I work with clients to create a safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgment. My greatest joy is my personal relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My greatest accomplishment is my amazing son, and my greatest passion is my 501(c)(3) non-profit of 14 years, H.O.P.E. Inc., where I am Founder and CEO. H.O.P.E. provides housing, education, and training for homeless, at-risk, and youth in need, while offering outreach ministry to all in need. My focus areas are Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar and Related Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders, Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders, and Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders. My approach My counseling style is caring and warm without enabling-holding you accountable while helping you walk in your truth. I offer individual, group, and couples counseling. Therapeutic modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Humanistic Therapy, and Christian Therapy. My focus I work with males, females, couples, families, youth ages 12-18, adults, LGBTQ, and seniors. Conditions I frequently address include stress, anxiety, addictions, anger management, bipolar disorder, ADHD, grief, PTSD, and low self-esteem.
