Hi everyone, I'm Ali.
Do you struggle with past trauma? Have the past couple of years really weighed on your emotions? Are your relationships and general quality of life suffering?
I help people of all genders who have experienced past traumatic situations move through their symptoms to better navigate life for themselves. We will work together through a client-centered approach because you know yourself better than anyone else. I also integrate my knowledge of trauma-informed techniques to help you manage some of the symptoms you may be experiencing.
While post-trauma work is a key focus, my experience in the trauma-informed field has equipped me to address a variety of symptoms, including anxiety, depression, panic issues, and more. Together, we can explore many options tailored to your needs.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University, which has provided me with a strong foundation to support you effectively.
The most important part of the process is that you have a comforting space to be yourself and express what you need during your time. Feel free to contact me, and let’s get started!
What should a new client know about working with you?
After our first session together I hope that you feel comforted and have an outlook on how our treatment process will continue. I strive to create a safe space for all clients no matter gender, sexuality, race, etc. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership and I believe that as sessions continue you would feel the ability to continue through life with a confidence of knowledge and ways to better move through and manage symptoms.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
