I am so happy you're here, as you step courageously into the therapeutic journey. I believe that in order to heal, it is important to tell your story and be heard. For over five years, I have had the pleasure of listening to clients' stories and supporting those struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem and body image challenges, grief, trauma, family dynamics, and interpersonal relationships. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, which has equipped me with the skills to guide you through this process. My hope is that you can begin to heal and step into a more fulfilling life.
