I specialize in working with individuals of any age who have challenges dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I enjoy connecting with people on a one-to-one basis, working with my clients to navigate through various daily hurdles, and helping to develop a more positive outlook on life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I engage with my clients openly and honestly, practice active and reflective listening, and demonstrate unconditional positive regard toward all those who entrust me with sharing their personal stories. I make a sincere effort to create a safe environment, one in which the client and I may work toward achieving therapeutic goals together.
