I help individuals sort through the emotional aftermath of betrayal, burnout, and boundary violations, especially when those patterns track back to early relationships. I'm a trauma-informed, relational therapist, who believes the real work happens when you start seeing your story with new eyes. If you're feeling stuck, shut down, or stretched too thin, therapy can help you reconnect with your voice, your values, and your sense of self. My approach is honest, compassionate, and collaborative. I won't just smile and nod. Whether you're navigating the fallout of a relationship rupture, untangling family dynamics, or rebuilding after emotional abuse, I'm here to walk that path with you.

Getting to know Alicia Gatti

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is real, relational, and rooted in trust. I'm not the "mmhmm" therapist who sits back silently. You can expect honest reflections, thoughtful questions, and a style that's both compassionate and straight-shooting. I work best with people who are ready to dig deeper into patterns, trauma responses, and relational dynamics that keep showing up in their lives. You don't have to have it all figured out, just come as you are. Together, we'll figure out what healing looks like for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, I'll ask questions to better understand what you're carrying, including your past experiences, current stressors, and how those show up in your day-to-day life. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process where we explore patterns, build insight, and work toward sustainable change. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Some clients come in ready to process deep emotional pain, while others are looking for practical tools to navigate anxiety, boundaries, or relationship stress. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll work together to move forward with clarity and intention.
