Getting to know Alicia Pace

I earned my Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Houston-Victoria and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have clinical experience in a variety of settings, including residential treatment care, outpatient therapy, and adolescence therapy. Using a relational and solution focused approach, I work with individuals aged 13-65 who are navigating their mental health including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, attachment-related issues including adoption and processing trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence based approach to trauma resolution. My role as a therapist is to offer a safe, consistent and supportive environment for individuals to heal, challenge, grow and discover as well as accept their authentic selves in order to live content and fulfilling lives.
