I’ve lived through a lot of what my clients have been through, and that means I get it on a level that goes beyond theory. I’ll walk beside you, not in front of you. I ask curious questions, point out patterns, and make space for the mess without rushing the process. I don’t do performative positivity. I believe in finding beauty in the broken places and holding space for the whole truth, even when it’s hard. If it’s awkward, we name it. If it’s heavy, we breathe through it. And if you need someone to sit in the dark with you until the light comes back, I’m here for that too.
