I'm Alicia Wong, LPCC, and I've been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I specialize in helping individuals manage and overcome challenges related to trauma, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, anger, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. I'm trained in DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I believe strongly in meeting people where they are. My approach is personal and flexible—I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I work closely with each client to create a treatment plan that truly fits their needs, goals, and strengths.
