Hello, and welcome! My name is Alicja, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life stressors, social difficulties, and boundary setting. I also have experience providing therapy to individuals navigating behavioral health and substance use disorders. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals in improving their daily functioning, developing healthier relationships, building effective coping skills, and restoring hope for the future. I believe that therapy is a powerful tool for making positive changes. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
