I’m a trauma-informed attachment therapist who believes therapy is political. My goal is to help you reconnect with and trust yourself, build safer relationships, and create change that actually lasts. I’m not here to fix you, because I don’t believe you’re broken. I'm here to support, empower, and walk with you in your healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to healing is grounded in one core belief: you make sense. I don’t see your symptoms, coping habits, or relationship patterns as flaws or failures. I see them as smart adaptations and strategies you learned to survive the environment you were raised in. Understanding (and believing) this helps shame loosen its grip, which ultimately means real change becomes possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with me, you can expect a space that is both deeply compassionate and gently challenging. I show up as a real human in the room: warm, honest, and attentive, because I believe therapy works best when it’s relational, not clinical. Together, we’ll make sense of your anxiety, controlling behaviors, relationship patterns, trauma responses, and emotional blocks without shame or pathologizing how you learned to survive.
