Hi there, I'm Alisha! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. My focus I work with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I help clients develop coping skills, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and build confidence as they work toward meaningful and lasting change. My approach My approach is practical, supportive, and goal-oriented—focused on helping you better understand what you’re going through and develop tools to feel more in control in your day-to-day life. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My communication style My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood while also being challenged to grow. Together, we'll identify strengths, develop practical strategies, and work toward goals that support lasting well-being. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to social work because of my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and recognize their strengths. Over the years, I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of personal and emotional struggles, and I value being able to support clients as they grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My goals for you Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create a plan that feels realistic and achievable. I help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, and recognize their strengths so they can make lasting changes and feel more confident in their daily lives.
