What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin with a brief phone call or email to answer any questions you may have and schedule an intake appointment. The intake session will be for approximately 60-90 minutes to gather history, current concerns, relationship and family context, and immediate priorities. From there we develop a collaborative assessment and a treatment plan with 3-6 concrete goals.
