“I've been in and out of therapy for most of my adult life. I have never worked with a therapist who is as patient, thoughtful, challenging, or real as Alison. She has worked with me during the hardest time of my life and has been there every step of the way. Alison is a real game changer.”

Getting to know Alison Bryant

Choosing to engage in therapy, in a way, means choosing yourself. It is not always easy to believe we can feel better, or even just feel different. Sometimes it’s not easy to accept that how we feel is perfectly normal and okay. You’ve learned so much on your journey, and I hope to help you see how much you already have and support you on your path forward, even if that feels really messy or impossible at times. I strive to provide a confidential and accepting space where you can explore how you got here and figure out where you want to go. My practice focuses on a strengths-based approach. Through mindfulness and evidence-based practice, I treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and problems of living. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to therapy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
