I’m a neurodivergent therapist who works primarily with neurodivergent women. So I understand both clinically and personally how ADHD, anxiety, and depression show up in real life. I work with women who often look like they’re holding everything together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, scattered, anxious, or exhausted from trying to keep up. Many of my clients identify with ADHD traits, or have sought (or are seeking) formal diagnosis, often times later in life. Many times they also feel anxious, depressed, burnt out, or just a constant sense of mental overload that doesn’t seem to match how “well they’re functioning” externally. A lot of my clients come to see me when their normal ways of coping don’t feel like enough and the “wheels have fallen off”. You may find yourself overthinking simple tasks, having difficulty finding “motivation” to do things, struggling to rest without guilt, masking your needs in relationships or work, feeling overwhelmed in daily life, or feeling like traditional ways of coping don’t seem to work for you. I offer a direct, one-on-one practice model – meaning you’ll always communicate with me personally, from first contact through ongoing care. If you’ve ever felt lost in a larger system or overwhelmed by the intake process, this model is intentionally different. Working with me is collaborative, warm, often humorous, and grounded in real life. You don’t need to arrive with the perfect insight, a clear agenda, or the “right” words. We start with what feels most present right now – overwhelm, relationships, burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, executive functioning struggles, sensory sensitivities, or simply the sense that life feels harder than it should. My style blends emotional support with practical tools. That may include understanding patterns, reducing shame, improving nervous system awareness, building systems that fit your brain, and creating realistic ways forward.
