Finding the right fit in therapy can be a challenging process. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate in helping others reach their individual treatment goals. My approach is client-centered and non-judgemental. Throughout our lives, we all encounter circumstances in which we feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure. My goal as a counselor is for my clients to find peace in the context of their lives. I use evidenced based interventions such as cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, solution focused, problem solving techniques in an authentic manner. I have experience in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, stress related disorders and crisis. I can provide individual, group and family therapy. It takes courage to take the first step. Therapy doesn’t need to be intimidating or overwhelming. Together, we will work towards a brighter quality of life.

In our first session, we will discuss your goals and work together to create a treatment plan that outlines the steps you will take to achieve those goals. - Try to be open and honest with me about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
