Hello and welcome! I am an art therapist and a licensed professional counselor who specializes in supporting those who struggle with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress, and trauma. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University Newtown Site and hold a Bachelor's degree from West Chester University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Everyone takes time to warm up to therapy at their own pace... especially if it's your first time! I prioritize developing a meaningful and strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I am here to listen in order to fully understand your specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a thorough intake process to make sure that I fully understand your presenting problems, needs, and any goals you would like to achieve in therapy. Throughout my experience as a clinician, I observe steady progress when clients show up motivated for therapy, and who also put in effort to do the work outside of sessions. When expressing feelings, there are shared moments of vulnerability. I ensure a safe non-judgmental space, where being your most authentic version of yourself is encouraged.
