I have over 30 years’ experience and can work proactively with a client to develop a plan that meets their unique needs. I bring optimism, respect and commitment to my work with clients. I have extensive experience with many of the problems clients often face – such as relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and more specific challenges such as substance abuse, gender identity and the search for happiness or meaning in life. I see therapy as a collaborative process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work collaboratively with clients to construct a vision of what they would like to have different. I understand clients through the lens of their history but work proactively to change the present and the future.
