Getting to know Alison Hernandez

Welcome! I’m Ali, founder of Collective Healing Solutions. I provide holistic and trauma responsive therapy to help you navigate life's challenges including traumatic events, anxiety, depression, grief, stress and more. I believe that each of us is a whole person, consisting of mind, body and spirit. We have unique circumstances and histories and are so much more than the "symptoms" we experience. For these reasons, I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what works best for you. Ensuring that you feel safe, heard, and respected throughout the process is at the heart of my work.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a board approved clinical supervisor and have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am EMDR certified and am trained in several modalities, including Somatic approaches, Deep Brain Reorienting, CBT, Energy Psychology, and Reiki (master level). I am also certified in the treatment of Complex PTSD through the ISSTD.
