Hello! I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am licensed in California and Florida with over 14 years of professional work experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I have helped clients address relationship issues, intimacy-related concerns, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, communication, career challenges, and anxiety.
As a United States Air Force Reserves veteran, I work with the armed forces and helping professions to address the unique challenges that affect service members and their families. Some of my passions include enjoying the outdoors, exploring National Parks, snowboarding, hiking, reading, concerts, and traveling.
