What should a new client know about working with you?

I use talk therapy specifically solution focused, strength based, motivational interviewing, cognitive reframing and person centered therapy approaches in my sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Usually the first session is an intake assessment where questions are asked and a treatment plan created for future sessions together. Weekly sessions and the intake sessions are virtual.
