I’m Alison, an Art Therapist passionate about guiding young adults and those clients in transition through anxiety, trauma, relationships, and emotional stress. Therapy shouldn't feel rigid; by incorporating creative expression into our sessions, we can access insights and healing that traditional talk therapy might miss. When you work with me, you’ll find a compassionate partner who meets you right where you are. Together, we’ll use art to process difficult emotions, develop healthy coping tools, and foster genuine personal growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our practice does NOT provide prescriptions for medication, testing for ADHD or Autism, or letters for emotional support animals. We are psychotherapists providing therapy on a weekly basis to help our clients thrive in life.
