What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about helping individuals feel empowered, supported, and connected. The most inspiring part of my work is being able to witness the growth, healing, and meaningful change that clients create within their own lives through the therapeutic process. I am a certified ADHD Clinical Professional, and work with clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, prenatal/post-partum individuals, life transitions, and relationship issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take an individualized approach with each client to meet them where they are at, whilst interrogating evidenced based practices into my work such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Executive Function Coaching, and EMDR. My approach is individualized, empathetic, and collaborative, with a focus on meeting each client where they are and creating a space where they feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe therapy should provide a consistent environment of support, reflection, and growth in a world that often feels fast-paced and overwhelming. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel motivated and ready to engage in meaningful change and self-discovery
