What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, honest, conversational and direct. I work collaboratively with clients to explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and how these patterns developed over time. When we understand the why behind our struggles, it becomes much easier to create meaningful change. I see clients virtually or in my office in Woodland Hills, Ca.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I see most clients once a week for 50 minutes. However, appointments can be made more or less frequently, depending on the presenting issues and the client’s need.
