What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting high-achieving individuals from a broad spectrum of professions, entertainment, tech, healthcare, government, academia, hospitality, finance, and law—who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, imposter syndrome, relationship communications, or spiritual inquiry. Many of my clients are in states of transition or phases of growth, facing questions like: * I'm in a state of change and I need support. * Who am I becoming in this season of life? * How do I get past this setback? * How can we improve our communication and connection? * I need support navigating perimenopause/menopause. Informed by my multicultural background, harm reduction values, and a dynamic blend of therapeutic modalities and coaching, I offer integrative therapy specifically designed to support your emotional clarity, strategic insight, and embodied leadership. Through deep listening, picking up where others miss, my work helps high-achieving individuals move through anxiety, depression, and transition with purpose—bridging science, consciousness, and transformational growth. Our work together goes beyond symptom relief. It's about aligning who you are with how you live—releasing old survival patterns, building self-trust/mutual-trust, and reconnecting to your purpose and your power. I am an out-of-network provider. Please verify with your PPO insurance of your plan reimbursement rate and deductible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every client requires a customized space for working together. No two clients are exactly alike, and as a therapist, it's my job to meet you where you are needing to be met. And for us to collaborate together towards achieving your goals. Individual clients benefit most from weekly 50-minute therapy, as we co-create a safe and supportive therapeutic container to process deep seated concerns impacting well being. For Relationship/Couples Therapy, weekly sessions range from 75-minutes 90-minutes, as well as 3-4 hour intensives to effectively navigate the depth of relationship issues and individual feelings, to implement successful change process, and sustain adequate support for the complexity of dynamics for your unique relationship. Schedule a consultation call to explore our fit together.
