What should a new client know about working with you?

I used a variety of therapies, tailored to your needs. I find that EMDR is a dynamic and useful therapeutic intervention. I enjoy weaving it in with other interventions. I also come from a person-centered perspective - I believe you are the expert on you and I am here to facilitate healing and growth however I can. You can schedule for either weekly/biweekly sessions or EMDR intensives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A session is typically 45-50 minutes of weekly or biweekly therapy. More intensive therapy may be back to back sessions of 100 minutes or several days of intensive therapy, based on your stated goals and needs.
