I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with over six years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a variety of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse and high-risk populations, helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New England and have experience working in psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, schools serving children with autism, skilled nursing facilities, and correctional settings. These experiences have provided me with a broad clinical perspective and a deep appreciation for each individual’s unique journey. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. While I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I draw from a range of evidence-based interventions to provide personalized and effective care.
