I am a compassionate, respectful, non judgemental and empathetic licensed mental health counselor that prioritizes the needs of each individual. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. As your therapist, I will create a supportive safe haven to enable each individual to freely articulate concerns in an environment conducive to help you to unlock uncharted potential.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session includes introduction, information gathering, discussion, conclusion and you will be provided homework to enable growth even outside of your regular scheduled sessions. The initial session will provide the opportunity to get to know one another and to get an idea of what your specif needs are as well as how to proceed. I will inquire about your presenting concern, as well as your background, your history, your symptoms, how it affect your daily life, etc. After the initial sessions,the ongoing sessions will essentially look similar to issues being addressed and receiving my clinical expertise to resolve the issues to enable you to move closer to having what you view as your ideal quality of life, You can expect a series of breakthroughs through the process of your rehabilitation an healing.
