What should a new client know about working with you?

I am experienced in helping clients with managing stress and anxiety, coping with unwanted addictions, domestic violence, learning disabilities, trauma and abuse, & many mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder etc. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment in a solution focused treatment modality. I am experienced working with children, individuals and couples as well family therapy. I am training in a variety of clinical approached and practiced evidenced based data treatment through experiential learning. I believe that given the right tools and supports, clients can live a more fulfilled life.
