My current specialties focus on complex trauma, relational aspects, attachment difficulties/trauma, anxiety, and depression. I can assist you by creating a safe space to explore effective ways to relate to others but, more importantly, how to have a better relationship with yourself. I love working with adults to help them find their passions in life and remove the blocks that are keeping them from being the best version of themselves. Currently, I am in a two-year master NARM therapist complex trauma training that has expanded my understanding as a practitioner in profound ways. My training focuses on assisting clients to better relate to themselves as well as others to achieve the life they desire. I use a variety of modalities to best suit your needs. I am currently trained as a NARM Therapist. In my free time, I enjoy the beach, riding my bike, football, meditation, my dogs, and spending time with my family. I look forward to working with you!
